What does it cost?

Who owns the code?
You do. I hand over the sources and deploy to your domain and your hosting. Nothing is tied to my platform or a subscription, there is nothing to renew.
Why no page builders or libraries?
A builder drags in code you don't need and boxes you in: later you can't fix speed or markup. This site is hand-built on the same principle — open its source in the browser and see what it's made of.
